Coverage and call-outs

Which suburbs do you actually cover?

We are based in Melbourne and work across the metro area, but the inner south-east is where we are most weeks — Stonnington, Glen Eira, Bayside and Port Phillip. The suburbs listed here have a page each because they each throw up something different. If you are outside them, ask anyway.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Not within the areas listed here. Prices on the services page are what you pay, with the usual 20–30% for larger SUVs, utes and vans.

What do you need from me on the day?

Somewhere to park with room to open the doors, an outside tap and a powerpoint. We bring everything else — machines, pads, compounds, chemicals and lighting. There is no water tank or generator in the van, so the tap and power have to come from you.
